Design Consultancy

After your initial enquiry, we will arrange a free no obligation appointment in your home at a time to suit you  to discuss your requirements. You will meet with one of the directors so you can be sure we will offer you the best advice on your project to suit your needs and budget. We will then produce a detailed proposal based on our discussions within 1 week of the visit.

Build

We have over 15 teams of builders located all around the London and home counties, All of our teams are well known to us, some for over 10 years, they are all highly experienced, come fully insured with references, and you will be able to visit a completed project that your assigned team has built, so you can meet the previous client and check the work your team has produced.

Project Management

During your build you will have a project co-ordination manager assigned to your project.
They will be highly experienced, and be able to guide you through the process to minimise your time, and give you peace of mind.

About Us

Complete Space Ltd was started by Ashley Manoff and Peter Emery, to offer clients a truly one stop service.
We can help you with all aspects of your project from initial design consultation, planning, structural engineering and party wall awards, through to painting and decorating your finished build, we both have huge experience in the industry and we are on hand to advise you along the way.

ASHLEY started his working life as an apprentice for a property company in East London dealing with property management of both residential and commercial property until 1998, when he was headhunted by one of the now largest East London property development companies. He moved through the ranks and prior to leaving was reporting directly to the owner of the company, handling work involved in all aspects of the management and development of housing estates. In 2010 he took over as Operations Director for a leading London home refurbishment company, his role was to manage a team of project managers and support staff, oversee project management issues and was involved in over 1,000 loft and extension projects throughout London and home counties.

PETER started in construction in 1986 working on residential and commercial sites all over the UK. He worked his way up to site foreman gaining many trade skills including, bricklaying, plastering, roofing and carpentry. In 2000 he became contracts director for a domestic building company based in Belgravia, managing high value residential projects all over London. Having gained huge experience in all aspects of build management, he was then headhunted in 2014 to become sales director for a large central London refurbishment company, leading a team of 12 sales staff and producing over 250 projects a year. Peter has over 30 years experience in design, build and project management.
